Lagos, 29th April 2019 – Notore Chemical Industries Plc (‘Notore’), a vertically integrated agro-allied and chemicals business, will release its unaudited results for the half year ended 31 March 2019 on Tuesday 30 April 2019.

On the 2nd of May 2019, the Group Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Onajite Okoloko, the Group Deputy Managing Director/Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Ohis Ohiwerei and the Group Head, Finance & Administration, Mr. Bola Tolujo, will host a conference call for investors and analysts at 14:00 (Lagos) / 14:00 (London) / 9:00 (New York) /15:00 (Johannesburg) to discuss the Group’s business performance during the period.

About Notore Chemical Industries Plc

Notore is a vertically integrated agro-allied and chemicals business situated in Onne (near Port Harcourt), Rivers State in South-South Nigeria and is engaged primarily in the production and sale of fertiliser products. The Group’s current business comprises Fertiliser Production, Supply and trading of Fertiliser, and Power. The Group’s primary fertiliser products are Granular Urea and Ammonia. The Group currently produces Urea and Ammonia and owns a Urea producing plant in Onne, Rivers State with a current annual design production capacity of approximately 500,000 mtpa of Urea and 330,000 MTPA of Ammonia. The Group currently supplies and sells its Fertiliser products in all thirty-six (36) States and Abuja, the Federal Capital Territory.
