Notification of late filing of Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31st December, 2022

Notore Chemical Industries Plc. (”the Company”) hereby informs its esteemed shareholders, stakeholders, and members of the investing public that it experienced a delay in filing the Company’s Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31st December, 2022, with The Nigerian Exchange Group (“the Exchange”).

The Company regrets its inability to file the Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31st December, 2022, by the due date of 31st March 2023. This was occasioned by delayed completion of the review of the Audited Financial Statements for the period. The reviews have now been concluded, and the audit process has been finalized.

The audited accounts have now been filed with the Exchange as of 5th April 2023. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this delay might have caused.
