Mr. Femi Edun

Femi Edun graduated from the University of Ife and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. He has extensive experience in audit and assurance, consulting, credit ratings and research, corporate finance and proprietary investment, from a variety of roles in Akintola Williams & Co (now Deloitte), Price Waterhouse (now PricewaterhouseCoopers), Agusto & Co. Limited, Nigeria’s first credit rating agency and Frontier Capital Limited, a boutique investment banking firm where he was CEO from 2006 to 2015 and remains a non-executive director. He co-founded Frontier Capital Alternative Assets Limited, the pioneer privately owned and financed acquirer of distressed debt portfolios in Nigeria.

Between 2006 and 2007, he was a volunteer adviser to Nigeria’s Federal Minister of Education, task team leader on education finance reform and Secretary of the Presidential Committee on Reform of Unity Schools. From 2016 to 2019, he served as a volunteer special adviser to the Federal Minister of Industry, Trade and Investment and as a non-executive director of the Bank of Industry.

Currently, he serves as the Chairman of Craneburg Construction Limited, non-executive director of Emerging Markets Telecommunication Services Limited – owner of the 9mobile network and independent non-executive director of Chevron Closed Pension Fund Administrators Limited amongst other directorships.
