According to NCSA representatives, the event which will be an annual event is aimed at celebrating service excellence in Nigeria by recognizing companies that deliver effective and exceptional customer service. In addition the NCSA hopes to raise the standard of customer service in the country and encourage companies to go beyond paying lip service.
Awards were given to organizations across various sectors including Total Nigeria in the Oil and Gas sector, Le Meridien Ibom in the Hospitality sector and Channels TV for the Media sector amongst others.
